Marybeth Barcome, FNP-C received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from Eastern Michigan University in Ypsilanti, MI and holds Master of Science degrees in Nursing (MSN, Maryville University - St. Louis, MO) and Exercise Science and Cardiac Rehabilitation (Northeastern Illinois University - Chicago, IL). She is certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.
A compassionate and caring provider to those with chronic pain conditions, Marybeth says that treating pain is sometimes like solving a puzzle because each patient's experience with pain is unique. It can take time to get all the right pieces in place, but is very rewarding to help patients find relief from pain. She has particular interest in Botox injections for relief from chronic migraine pain.
Marybeth is excited to be a clinician at The Pain Center because of the team's evidence-based approach to pain management, the expertise of the providers, and the capacity to offer a wide range of interventional procedures. Outside of her professional role as a certified nurse practitioner specializing in pain management, Marybeth is an avid runner who enjoys the outdoors. She and her husband are new to Arizona, and love hiking the different desert trails and exploring the area.
