Geneva Smith is a Nurse Practitioner who graduated from the University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston Texas in 2003 with a Master's of Science in Nursing Degree. Geneva is currently Board Certified as an Acute Care Nurse Practitioner.

Geneva worked for 20 years in critical care cardiology and specialized in patients with a history of hypertension, coronary artery disease, congestive heart failure, cardiac arrhythmias, nuclear medicine, and peripheral disease disorders. Geneva also worked as a clinical research coordinator for research trials in cardiology in addition to working in an intermediate coronary care unit for 3 years.

Since 2008, Geneva has worked in interventional pain medicine and has a particular interest in intrathecal pain pump management and joint injections, and is dedicated to the education of her patients in regard to pain medicine and therapies that can improve their quality of life. Geneva currently holds membership with the American College of Nurse Practitioners, lives in Scottsdale Arizona with her husband, and has 4 children who reside in Wichita Kansas.
