Bret Michaels Cheats Death
Brain hemorrhage; it’s been all over the news lately since Bret Michaels' brush with death. It came out of nowhere, and it usually does. Michaels is one of the lucky few, very few, who have had a massive brain hemorrhage and survived. Michaels has not only cheated death and survived, his brain is no longer bleeding and he is expected to make a full recovery.

Surprise Residents Love Their City
An amazing 87 percent of Surprise, Arizona residents have rated the overall quality of life in Surprise as “excellent” or “good,” according to AZCentral.com and a first-ever survey by the city. Many cities around Arizona are surveying their residents to find out where they might be excelling, and where they might be failing. Surprise, Arizona, which just happens to be a location of The Pain Center of Arizona, seems to be pretty happy with the way things are going.

Omega-3's, Glucosamine and Antioxidants
Yesterday we ran a story regarding self-medicating chronic pain conditions and thus putting your own pain management and health at risk. According to the Reuters article, over-the-counter drugs as aspirin are most commonly used to ease the pain of migraines. While aspirin can be useful in the short-term, seeking out a pain specialist is always your best bet when the pain turns chronic.

Chronic migraines can be the most debilitating chronic pain that you will ever have to deal with, and it doesn’t take much to set them off. Stress can play a large part, as well at that Arizona sun. While it might not take much to set them off, it certainly takes a lot to find relief.
